With any handmade product, variations are to be expected as each item is individually handcrafted and not massed produced. These variations should not be viewed as a flaw but a most sought after quality in original handmade work.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. I would love to get your feedback. If after receiving your purchase there is an area I could do better in, please contact me so that I may address it immediately and see how I can improve your experience. If you were happy with your purchase and my service, I would appreciate you sharing that for others to see as word of mouth is a vital part of my growth.

If for some reason you are not happy, please contact me. I will gladly refund your purchase price after I have received the item back in its original condition for NON CUSTOM items. I strongly recommend including tracking and insurance as no refund will be given if lost or damaged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. All returns must be received within 15 days of original delivery confirmation to the Buyer.
